Tulum is the fastest-developing Mexican destination. It is the only emerging municipality in the country in which the federal government invests such a large amount of money to build an international airport and a train station at the same time. The infrastructure works are advancing day by day and the prices of real estate models are constantly rising. The supply of land is decreasing more and more, and this triggers its prices per sqm, making it a great investment opportunity for all those who seek to multiply their capital.
Long story short, Tulum was, is and will continue to be the best destination to invest in Mexico and whoever does not see it’s because is perfectly misunderstanding the nature of real estate opportunities in this wonderful place.
